What is Hot Pilates?
Our Hot Pilates classes are about building a stronger, healthier, and more resilient body and mind. Our classes are creative, fun, and are guaranteed to leave you feeling energised, happy, and inspired. Incorporating traditional Mat Pilates exercises plus a revolutionary mix of high intensity interval training and weight work to strengthen your core and tone your body. The room is heated to 32º, to maximise your workout. Each class will follow a similar sequence but the order and focus will vary from class to class. You will burn calories, strengthen your core and tone your body in this 60-minute class. It will be one of the best workouts you’ve had and will leave you feeling energised.
Our teachers will motivate and inspire you. While our main focus is on form, technique and education, we continually work hard to make sure you have fun, and feel challenged.
Be ready to sculpt and tone your body, strengthen your core and improve your cardiovascular system. Burn hundreds of calories by focusing on high intensity interval training (HIIT) using Pilates principles. Each class follows a similar pattern, but the order can vary from class to class. Strictly Pilates mat work. This class is high energy, upbeat and you’ll get one of the best workouts you’ve ever had.
The class is a great complement to your Yoga practice and suitable for all levels of fitness. Classes are included in your Class Passes and Membership.
