Bookings are essential
Be early
Doors open 30 minutes before class (15 minutes before 6 am classes). If you’re new, arrive at least 20 minutes before class to register. Every class is beginner friendly.
Be prepared
Make sure you’re hydrated and don’t eat for at least 2 hours before class. Let go of any expectations and have an open mind.
Be equipped
Bring a yoga mat, water and a large towel for class – all available for hire/sale too. Bring a change of clothes and a towel for after your shower – you will want one!
Be comfortable
It’s hot and you will sweat. Wear light clothing that allows you to move freely.
